About Me

Hello! My name’s Olivia Gaska, also known as SomeNerdIDK. I am a 24-year-old digital artist from Chicago, Illinois.

I started drawing from a young age, influenced from the various cartoons and games I’ve played as a kid. I started with colored pencils and crayons, drawing my favorite Nintendo characters, and that passion never died out. As I grew older, I wanted to take drawing more seriously, with the dream of someday working in a professional studio with other passionate artists.

I studied in a couple of different colleges, earning my Associate’s of Arts from Moraine Valley Community College, and earning my Bachelor’s in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago. My time at these schools have expanded my horizons, and have motivated me to refine my craft and pursue my dreams.
